Started as
Priya started on the phones, taking bookings and answering customer questions. She did not come from freight, so she learned the work by asking the drivers what a good job looked like from the cab.

Now
As a transport planner she builds the day’s movements across the fleet, balancing driver hours, equipment, customer delivery windows and the specific needs of each product.
Her day starts with the planning board and ends when the last load is safely delivered. In between, she is the link between customers, drivers and the depot.

Advice for someone starting out
