Alexander Group collects personal information when you contact us, send a form, download a document or create an account on this website. This page explains what we collect, why, and your rights under the Privacy Act 2020.

What we collect

The details you give us, such as your name, email address, phone number, company and your message, and the record of your visits described below.

How we use it

To reply to you, to provide what you asked for, and to understand which of our services you're interested in.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your personal information. The companies that host this website and send our emails store it for us and may only use it to provide that service.

When you accept marketing cookies and send a form, your email address and phone number are sent to Google Ads in a coded (hashed) form, so Google can match them to a Google account and tell us which ads led to enquiries.

How we keep it safe

Your information is stored on secured servers that only authorised staff can access.

How long we keep it

We keep your details only as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and keep our business records. Visit records are deleted after 24 months.

See, correct or delete your information
