Started as
Mele joined the finance team processing supplier invoices. She liked the detail, but she was more curious about where the numbers came from: the loads, the routes and the people behind them.

Now
Mele now works across finance and systems, turning operational data into reports on service, utilisation, delays and cost. Her work helps the operations team see where the network can improve.
She spends as much time with planners and depot teams as she does with spreadsheets, because the best insights come from asking what happened on the day.
